About Cambra Contracting
Since I was 11 years old I have been doing construction work, starting with my father who managed a children's camp in Cazadero. From simple fixes like patching a hole in the wall to rebuilding the lodge from the ground up my dad taught me it all! I was exposed to all kinds of trades including welding to tracing down electrical & plumbing problems. At 15 I expanded my knowledge and purchased an alcohol dragster which I raced and did all of the mechanics. This taught me great discipline and dedication which I still use to this day. I've had a diversified job history including; spec home construction, heavy equipment operator & mechanic, swimming pool construction, children's camp manager & maintenance supervisor and general contractor; all of which have given me the opportunity to become a master of many trades. There is no problem I haven't been able to solve to which I am so proud!
Today I live happily in Windsor with my wife, two daughters and son. I started Cambra Contracting to allow me the flexibility in my schedule to be part of my family's life. It also affords me the opportunity to be available when needed by homeowners. Quite often I've gone to jobs on Sundays or late evenings in the event of emergencies to help get the situation under control. My business is my name and it is of the utmost importance to me to always give it my best. I learned all of my skills from my father and father-in-law and use them on a daily basis. My other passion is wood and metal working. I have created a shop out of my garage and fabricate custom pieces in my spare time. I consider all the work I do to be of the artisan quality and will treat your home as such.
"Jason is a friendly and skilled contractor. He has done several projects at my house over the past 2 years, including a new gate, replacing a large family room window, replacement of all switches and receptacles in the house, repair of kitchen track lighting, and a new bathroom floor, shower, faucets and light fixture. I had bought the faucets myself from Home Depot, and they were missing parts; Jason obtained the missing parts and reworked them at no extra charge."

"Excellent Contractor!!!
He is very professional and honest. He worked on my home and completed the task promptly at a very fair price. I would highly recommend calling him first before calling anyone else to do any job around your home. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and nice as can be!"

"On the recommendation of a friend, we recently hired Jason for a major bathroom remodel project. Jason was full of great ideas for dealing with the endless unexpected obstacles and even influenced design changes that really made sense and greatly improved the finished project. We couldn't be more pleased with Jason's work and are really proud of our new bathroom. Would recommend Jason Cambra to anyone."
